Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility Because Garvi Oil products are consumable, edible food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products due to health and hygiene reasons. 

However, you are eligible for a replacement or refund under the following circumstances: 

  • You received a damaged or leaking product. 
  • You received an incorrect item. 
  • The product has passed its expiry date upon delivery. 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement 

  1. Contact us at info@garvi.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9898668989 within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. 
  2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and the packaging. 
  3. Our support team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement within 2 business days. 

Refund Process If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
